Stopped here for a light lunch. Had a steak tartare which came with an excellent salad and chips. - not so light. Riding a motorcycle so no alcohol but it looked like a good wine list. Service friendly.

Really good food, friendly service and at a very reasonable price. Service is fairly slow, but we were on holiday so it didn’t matter.
Good food from pizza’s to full din dinners. I really enjoyed the desserts 🍨. It was very close to the house we rented in Les Mazes. Yes I would eat there again.
We stopped in for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Nice decor, friendly staff and good menu. Our son was hungry (as usual) and opted for the Tex Mex - 4 mini burgers, wings and goujons. Good quality but the quantity got to him in the...end. We had pizza which was top notch. High recommend.More
We stopped for some dinner and was pleasantly surprised. A good extensive menu covering all the favourties including pizza and burgers. My son hungry (as always) and opted for the Tex Mex - 4 mini burgers, wings, goujons and fries. All were delicious but even...he struggled to finish them. The pizza was top class. Highly recommend this place.More
Tjis restaurant is a casual, neighbourhood place with lots of locals at the bar, and a very nice dining room upstairs.
A great place to have a cocktail with friends in the the friendly bar. Good ambience especially Friday/Saturday. The food is excellent, portions are on the large side! There is a choice of burgers including fish in batter! Super for my fish 'n chip fix...from time to time. There is a good selection of pizzas plus, a few pasta dishes and a couple of tapas type sharing platters. The wine list is very good. Well worth a visit if you are in the area, we go once a month.More
Looks a bit seedy at the first glance, but the food was very good, as was our modestly priced red wine. Service was professional and friendly. There was lots of people, and spoort events on big screens, but the terrace was calm and quiet. Would...not mind going back.More
We visited this place twice on same day - for lunch and for dinner. It was Valentine's Day and it was mission impossible to find a table in Sauve, when we had accommodation. We has got recommendation to go to neighbour village and try to...have table in Le Bleu. Place seems like brasserie. Interieur was very simple, lot of locals had lunch there. We were took only starters, not main dishes. Mine warm camembert with choice of charcuterie and wife's burger with french fries were really huge... It was really tough task to eat them fully. But...quality of food was surprisely high. All was delicious, fresh and tasty. Pure french-style brasserie food. Because it was one and only possibility to have table for Valentine's Day dinner, we booked it in same place. We very affraid to have same style huge portions on the evening. When we were arrived, first surprise was, that dinner goes on in upstairs, in absolutely different style room. Tables were decorated with red and pink hearts and rose petals. All seems very lovely and nice. We choosed special Valentine's menu (by 27 € per pax) and different dishes from them for me and for wife. All was absolutely different - dishes were look nice and were in absolutely normal dimensions. All looks great and was very delicious. At finish the plate of desserts was amazing - lot of different very delicious things. Chef was really creative - he offers heavy food for working people on lunch-time and fine and more elegant dishes on dinner-time. Service was also good and we very liked this evening.More
If you decide to spend holidays in Languedoc area, you will find on the Cevennes mountains road, the restaurant LE BLEU, to Quissac city, don't miss it ! Young team cookers will prepar for you original, tasty and delicate dishes from this area. Waitresses are...nice and kind. Please don't pay attention to the "oldest waiter", with his heavy humour... Café Gourmand is the best all around this area. Good for this dream team ! + + + + Take your time and enjoy at the BLEU.More
