Fabulous family restaurant, extremely welcoming and very COVID aware and safe. The local wine at the upper end of the price on the menu, both the red and white were exceptional quality and excellent value for money. The food was beautiful (lamb and trout) and...the portions plentiful without really needing side dishes. Would definitely returnMore

We visited for lunch and loved this little restaurant. All the family were involved from the small boy laying the table to the grandma waving us off! We had crispy borek, , lovely fresh trout, the best chips we’ve had in Turkey, and halva and...ice cream. Amazing value for money and a good meal. There are fish swimming around the side of the restaurant!More

We took friends here for lunch after seeing their great reviews & fancying a change out of Kalkan. Situated in nearby Islamlar, with a great view down the valley. It was a Saturday & the children were helping their father in the restaurant, serving us...drinks & setting up the table. The fish cakes & baked village cheese were excellent & generous starters & the trout dishes were also excellent. Very reasonable prices & delicious home cooking.More

If you're looking for the perfect fish, grilled or fried, go to Zeytin Dali.. Went there thanks to TripAdvisor and I'm glad we did! The quality, portions, side dishes and service exceeded our expectations. My wife had the grilled Seabass and I went with the...fried Traut, both meals were perfect.. The grilled goat cheese was a phenomenal starter.More

A wonderful traditional Turkish Restaurant run by a lovely welcoming family and their young children in the Mountains at Islamlar. The food is delicious whether you choose traditional Meze, meat, fish or vegetarian. Very friendly and attentive service including personalised parking by their lovely son...aged 11. Nothing was too much trouble and We wish them every success they deserve it.More

Absolutely fabulous restaurant. Only 15mins by taxi from Kalkan (great journey at night!) and what a welcome! Traditional Turkish family run restaurant, very good menu and splendid food. The family couldn’t do enough for our party of 6, too much wonderful food and silly prices....If you want an adventure outside Kalkan, go there and enjoy.More

We visited from Kalkan which is 15 minutes away by car. Kalkan has some great restaurants but many have a “Western” feel. Zetin Dali was much more authentic and, as other reviewers have mentioned, it had a lovely family-run feel. It really is well worth...a visit. We enjoyed a “village breakfast” brunch, which was plentiful and full of flavour. It was excellent value with a lot of local families also breakfasting there - always a good sign. The service was excellent and, overall, a rather different experience from Kalkan. We resolved to return for a lunch before the end of our holiday.More

As it is often the case, we discovered this restaurant towards the end of our holiday in Islamlar. We tried a few others before, who are also very adequate, but this one has to be the best one. Food: very reasonably priced, and truly authentic...and delicious. We tried the spread breakfast, and could not believe the value, taste, variety as well as the drama of it, the samovar filled with tea brought to the table, the many cheeses, breads, honey and spread, etc. And the chips would shame most chippies back in the UK! We returned for lunch, although they did not list gözleme they were happy to cook it for us. The stuffed aubergines were also excellent. Setting: the restaurant is on a shaded terrace overlooking the valley below Islamlar. There are trouts swimming in tanks and water troughs that wrap around the restaurant. The owner is happy to provide bread for you to feed the fish! Staff: They are just so friendly, without being overbearing, and happy as above to accommodate. We were even shown how the women in the kitchen were baking their traditional village bread (a thick spongy bread that vaguely recalls of English muffins in appearance and process). In short, if you are staying around Kalkan, the drive to Zeytin Dali (it means olive branch) is well worth it.More
