We were happy to be seated inside without a wait, since the tables are socially distanced. It was a Friday night and very busy due to their all you can eat fish fry special. We ordered rather quickly, but proceeded to wait for over an...hour for our entrees. When we asked what took so long we were told there was only one fryer for the haddock special, which made no sense. My husband and our friend ordered the fish special and I ordered the Mahi Mahi. When our order finally arrived somehow I ended up with the salmon. It wasn't bad, but certainly not what I ordered. The hush puppies that came with my husband's fish were inedible. They were hard as rocks. Our waitress brought fresh hush puppies and apologized for the salmon. I was also expecting asparagus as the vegetable and ended up with squash. A manager never stopped by to ask how things were. That was very disappointing. I'm rarely thrilled with the food there. The gluten free pizza on a past visit was terrible. The burger on a gluten free bun wasn't too bad.More

Showed up here with three other couples to eat outside on the patio. Had to wait about 8 minutes, but very prompt considering it was dinner hour (about 5 PM). The special was roasted chicken, so three of us ordered it. The server said they...had a few orders left, but we ordered it anyway. That was a mistake. When it did arrive, it was three pieces of chicken, a half of a half breast portion, a drumstick and a thigh. A small scoop of mashed potatoes and a small serving of canned green beans. My chicken was over done and dried out. Potatoes were ok, but canned beans are hardly ever good. Maybe the early diners got good broasted chicken, but the end of the service, not so much. Just be wary. Service was prompt and our server pleasant, although the second round of beverages took quite a while, she said she dropped the tray bringing our beverages needed to get them repoured. I understand and was pleased that she explained the situation.More

We used to love their fried chicken dinner on a Sunday. We always went early and ordered two complete dinners, which we could enjoy for a lunch and dinner. We placed our order for the usual two dinners and drove over to pick up carry...out. The price went up per meal and the quality and less chicken pieces were in each order. We will not be returning.More

Mallory Hill County Club reopened. Met a Singles group there and enjoyed the new people I met. My ham in the meal was overly salt and the remainder was overly cook and dry. A very unpleasant meal.

Our foursome had lunch here today after our round of golf. We ordered lunch Pizzas, Chefs Salad, and a burger. All meals came out cooked and hot. Service was also very good. Had not been here since the virus, but still one of the better...country clubs in The Villages. Very nice menu, and also offer a golfers lunch, with soup for under $10.00. This is a good golf course and also a good restaurant . Give them a try, sure you will enjoy !More

We ordered a drink and food. Received the drink and another. Never received the food that was ordered so we asked about our dinner after waiting almost an hour and watching everyone around us be served. The response we got was "you got your food...and ate it". When I inquired were the dirty dishes were, the story changed as it being a computer error. As we left we asked for the manager and were told the manager was very busy and it would be awhile. We left, never did eat. its unfortunate as we live in the neighborhood and now need to find somewhere else.More

We stopped for an afternoon cocktail and stayed for lunch! We both ordered pizzas. Mine a Caprese and my husband’s Black Olive and Mushroom. They both arrived at the table hot as can be, just the way you WISH your food would ALWAYS arrive! The...toppings were sufficient and the crust was just delicious! We sat outside, enjoyed a GREAT VIEW and our pizzas VERY MUCH!More

While my husband enjoys the spaghetti and meatballs (and the meatballs are excellent), I usually order the brick oven pizza. The crust is soft, sauce and toppings are tasty, and all around a good meal.

Our party of 6 had a very positive experience Sunday afternoon, the service and food being far better (actually perfect) than what we had seen in some of the reviews. Our wait times were minimal, and server Tracy was extremely attentive and helpful. We took...advantage of the Sunday option to order chicken "all day."More
