I visit Taamama often and buy take away food. The offering in the middle of the week is quite limited and does not ever change, but sometimes they lack some of the dishes. I am not a fan of Iraqi cuisine so I usually take...the schnitzel which is huge in size, or the meat balls (they have two varieties). Those dishes are good even if not great, but you get the feeling of home made food. They have several side dishes which are also good even if not exceptional. the most problematic are the potatoes which sometimes aren't cooked enough so I usually pick the smaller cubes. I always buy the business lunch which is priced 40-45 Shekels. For that price you also get vegetables salad, which they do not always remember to offer. You have to remind them and not always they have it. Service isn't great, but you can't have everything for such low price...More

Some of the best food I've ever had in my life. The prices are very fair, the service is extremely friendly, and most importantly, the food is outstanding. The kubbe melts in your mouth. The sambusak is filled with intensely flavoured meat and is fried...to perfection. Highly recommended!!More
