We have been to Mungalli before, but this time came to meet long time friends for lunch while in the area. Coffee & sweets, then lunch some time later of Cheese Platter, well presented and products explained. Just lovely with a view to match. Very busy on the day but team behind the counter still courteous and making sure we... More

This is the place to go if you want to try the best the dairy industry has to offer - views to die for (on a clear day) while you try to decide what to choose from the menu! We settled on the sharing plate (for 2 but could have satisfied 3) & the Ploughman's Lunch and were not disappointed.... More

It was a cold day when we visited this region. Everything was lovely and green in this hilly valley and when we were ready for lunch we stopped at this place and had a delicious homemade soup & crusty bread. It was lovely & we sat on the verandah out front. Loved the shop with all its produce and nic... More

We love the yogurt and cheese from this place. Our lunch of Beef Scrolls with salad was delightfully fresh and tasty. As always, the cheesecake wickedly delicious. With the stunning view on the sunny verandah also, a really pleasant way to experience a lunch in the tablelands.

Fruit and Cheese platters were delish. It was busy and there was a little wait, but it gave us time to take in the views of Mt Bartle Frere. Would recommend a visit.

Come here for the milkshakes and iced coffee! Can't say we were to keen on the whole bio dynamic thing, great concept but maybe trying to be a bit to fancy, the kids menu the only thing she would eat was the cheesy bread but it is a beautiful spot to stop if you like the bio stuff.

After enjoying Mungalli Creek yoghurt for years it was a delight to visit its source. The dairy was easy to find as it's well signposted and just south of Millaa Millaa. The cafe has a very relaxed feel about it and maintains its farm house character. There are other locally produced foods for sale as well as arts and crafts.... More

This bio-dynamic dairy Cafe serves absolutely delicious meals and sweets, and continually are improving their menu and surrounds. You can view the working yoghurt plant and taste the products that are made on site. This active little family enterprise is on a small, but accessible, back road. They produce their own milk using accredited biodynamic methods, and from it they make a range of yoghurts, soft cheeses, dips and semi-matured cheeses. The product is excellent, and the service is friendly and reasonably efficient for a small family business. The tasting plate for two, with... More
