Went to the Delnashaugh Hotel for my birthday meal. We used to go here quite often years ago which it was very good food. But on this occasion could not be more different if they tried. For starter I had one of there so called specials, haggis, neeps & tattie. There was very minimal haggis and not much of the... More

Well looked after by the staff, local produce and beer, what's not to like! Friendly efficient service and some great chat and local insight. Highly recommended. I was travelling solo on this occasion but noticed how well a family with "tween" aged kids were looked after by the staff. Inspired me to take my own family in there some time... More

Visited the hotel restaurant with a group of friends as we were staying locally for the weekend. Plenty of people we met over the weekend recommended it so we were happy we had already decided to visit. The food was excellent. We all had various starters and had a selection of steaks for our main course, which we all really... More

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights whilst walking the Speyside Way. On both evenings, we ate in the hotel restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly - service was good. The food was delicious - well presented, hot and tasty.

A quiet and friendly restaurant, this palce offers some excellent local as well as other fares. A traditional Scottish country hotel, the restaurant reflects this very clearly. We saw a variety of people from different parts of the world, giving us the impression that it was universally friendly place.

I was pleasantly surprised by the lamb cutlet special, and loved the veggie selection that came with it - lots of whisky but options as well - quaint and charming.

Place was extremely busy and we were lucky to get a table. Would have preferred some plainer choices, otherwise very good

We ate here on our Speyside Way walk and despite living not too far away I didn't even know it existed. Not a huge menu but the food was delicious. Comfy sofas to sit and enjoy a local ale or whiskey. Seating outside.

Stopped off for something to eat on the way back from Deeside and was delighted with the friendly atmosphere and staff. Lovely meal, which appeared freshly cooked and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back and have recommended it to friends and family.
