The food is great and well presented. Large choice of wine. Keep a little space for desserts. Service excellent. Good location (only few kms from Parma), plenty of parking space. Not cheap but definitely worth it!
Had lunch at Al Vedel today. We had great food. With an over 200 year history of producing charcuterie their charcuterie platters were excellent.
Do leave capacity for desert. It is divine. An experience to remember.
Enrico and his mother Anna are wonderful hosts at Al Vedel, a high-end family restaurant but with good value for money. Their family have produced culatello and salumi for five generations and their tasting plates are a great way to enjoy their produce. Did I...More
