Food was lovely, freshly made and good choice. The carriages just needed cleaning and tidying up. Staff were very friendly

Another visit to the carriages whilst visiting family nearby, we called in for lunch. Order was taken promptly and our drinks were served very shortly after. Paninis and scones were fantastic as usual. Will be back again!

Was passing through Bellingham and had seen previous reviews of Carriages. Thought it might be extremely busy with it being Easter Monday but I timed it pretty well as it seemed to be getting busier as I was finishing. The converted rail carriages are nicely...More

Visited here whilst on holiday in Bellingham with my family. We have an autistic son who has perseverance surrounding trains. This cafe made his day! Food was lovely, access easy and there was nothing not to love. Thanks for a lovely morning.

One of the best tuna melts ever. Great ambience. It was recommended by our camp site. It didn’t disappoint.

Stopped here after a walk to the waterfall, home made soup and then a slice of cake, yum. Really welcoming atmosphere, quirky and we will definitely be going again.

When I was there on a Sunday in the summer they did the ordinary menu as well as the Sunday Lunch meal. But why don't you ring up and ask? You will probably have to ring and book anyway as they get busy on a Sunday.
