Chez Lindsay has an upstairs private room which we hired for the evening. Everything went so well and everyone was impressed. Lindsay herself helped to serve us, the food was excellent the wines and cidre excellent and the service of the highest standard. We couldn't fault anything on the evening and the 15 of us all left feeling really positive... More

The place is very nice and tasteful inside. The staff are all French and can be a bit snobby. The menu is very broad and good and has traditional French food from Britaigne. The food is very good and traditional French! They have seafood, snails and much more. Professional service and price wise this place is cheaper than it looks.... More

Just back from the South of France and would say the food at Chez Lindsay was better than most of the places we visited whilst away. The mussels were particularly tasty and they even had nice tasting decaffeinated coffee which is quite rare!

Discovered this walking past the door, liked the look of the menu and the restaurant. Rang and booked for lunch that day. Certainly didn't disappoint. Classic French onion soup, Steak and Frites, followed by Crepe Suzette. Washed down by a very nice Burgundy. It was a very pleasant, very authentic experience and we'd certainly go back when in the area.

Have visited this restaurant on many occasions and it never fails to please us. The food is consistently excellent and beautifully presented, the service is attentive and charming without being over powering and the atmosphere is cosy and welcoming. You can visit all the well known French restaurants in London and not find something as delicious and fairly priced as... More

Came on a recommendation of a friend. The place was heaving which is always good. Lovely menu- heavy on fish. Starters were great- big nod to the French Onion Soup. Good mix of mains- lots of fish, steak (cooked beautifully), lamb which fell off the bone. Really lovely. Not a huge dessert menu which makes a pleasant change. However, service... More

Cannot fault this restaurant. Amazing menu, even the set menu had a good selection at a great price. The food itself was delicious. Varied wine list. Staff were pleasant and attentive without being overbearing. Highly recommended.

Went of a Sunday for lunch. The service was impeccable and the food was the best we have had in a long time. The stake was perfect and the fish special was amazing. Would highly recommend and the wine was perfectly pared for the meal too.
