Amazing food and huge portions, it wasn't what I was expecting from such a small pub, the food is all fresh and home made, definitely worth a visit xx

Whilst visiting shrigley hall we went and had an evening meal here. Food was fabulous and good choice of beer. We were really impressed. Well worth a visit.

Went here on recommendation. On the down side: Menus were sticky, which puts one off at the start and affects the rest of the experience. The toilets were OK, but a dead plant in the windowsill is not nice and no cover on the lighting. The door to the toilets could do with a coat of paint and the chair... More

Avoid very poor. Had bad stomach. Wouldn't visit again. Expensive and overated! Try down the road much better

I've always found the food here to be most enjoyable in a charming quiet village pub. The staff are attentive & the eating area is clean & relaxed.

Honestly great food. Have eaten a few times now. Always top notch and really friendly staff. The lasagne is the best ive had in years. The beer is always on point also

I visited here on Sunday with my family for Sunday Lunch, the food was excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented all of my family members loved the atmosphere and we will certainly recommend this little hide away to others
