Really good food and good quantity. Reasonably priced.
Menu not extensive and if you ask if something is available that is not listed the short answer 'no' is abruptly given!
Very small restaurant. Would order take away next time.
The food was very tasty and so good we ended up having a take away both nights of our stay in Aberdovey! I would highly recommend the Garlic chilli chicken, very spicy and delicious. They also provided plastic cutlery for take outs. Thanks Bay of...Bengal, we will be back!More
Very limited menu and hardly anything available from the original menu for some reason. Didn't send 3 nans only 2. We ordered chicken tika masala x3 from the menu as whatever we asked for they didn't have!! We thought we were eating korma's as there...wasn't any heat from the meal. Sauce was very watery and hardly any taste. Chicken hadn't alot of taste so all in all it was very disappointing. Not as nice as a aldi microwave curry. £50 later and feeling what a waste!! 😡More
We ordered from here tonight. I can’t fault the woman on the telephone she was lovely.
We thought the prices were quite high so we were expecting a feast!! We were wrong!! we had a handful of chips for £3.50!! Our curries were £9.99 each...and had around six pieces of chicken in with ALOT of sauce, that’s over a pound per piece of chicken!!!
To top it off my partner found a bit of wire in his onion bhaji!!!
Not good!! In total this cost £42 for three people who are still VERY hungry!!!More
There honestly is no other way to describe the food other than delicious. My partner and I have eaten a lot of Indian takeaway over the years (yes we love our Indian!), and given the location of a quiet coastal town, we were super impressed....An added bonus, the owner was a warm and friendly gentleman. We would definitely recommend you try this restaurant.More
I don't see the appeal of this place. Had takeaways and eaten in before, and very underwhelmed. The food is not particularly good. It's overpriced and not exactly hot when served (takeaway and eat in). If it was good I could understand the high prices...in a tourist area, but it's not. If this was in my home town I would never eat there. It's the only choice for "Indian food" but I wouldn't bother again.More
Been here most years since its opened for a take away. Very good standard food, which is pretty amazing when you consider it's location.
We always have a take away. Top tip is to order in advance - they get busy.
Tasty fresh authentic food....What more can you ask for?More
