We were four adults with 4-year-old twins and a one year old. Served our drinks, seated, given our menus; our order was taken for the children immediately and we were left to read through at our leisure- how sensible! This place really understands families. Small play area in the garden but not overwhelming so that adults don't feel they are... More

Amazing location on the green which is quiet with not much traffic. Lots of outside seating. Plenty of choice on the menu with a good selection of classic pub food. All the food cooked fresh with local ingredients where possible. Very good service and good value for money. Very generous portions so I couldn't manage a desert so will have... More

I visited The Bucks Head on the 9th July with my sisters and nieces, there were nine of us in total. We were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The food was amazing! Can't fault it, the service was great with staff making sure we had everything we needed. We all had such a fantastic day that... More

Searching for a pub restaurant to celebrate my son's 21st birthday, I noticed that The Bucks Head did more gluten free options than can usually be found on a village pub menu. We weren't disappointed. The normal menu was typical pub fare but tasted great. The selling point for us was that most of the menu could also be served... More

Beautiful location, friendly service and great food. All adults had the beef, child the fish and chips. Great veg selection, jus and sous. Couldn't fault anything. This and the George and Dragon in Chipstead are the best for your Sunday roast in the wider area. Probably.

We recently came on a group outing to this great pub in Sevenoaks. There were 9 of us and we were extremely well accommodated by cheery staff. The roast was one of the best I'd ever had (the Mixed Roast) and the general atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. Not only that, but I managed to leave several of my belongings... More

A friend living in Sevenoaks brought us here - it's away from the center of town and you need a car or cab to get to it. Worth the trip, though. Lively, good food, varied menu. Our friend considers it her "go to" place.

So far is the best pub for sunday roast! We used to go to two brewers in shoreham however they are a little bit arrogant and to many tourist around since were published on time out. The Bucks Head you are our favourite. Try the mixed roast!! Brilliant!! Also service is great and landlady, shes welcoming and lovely

Very ordinary roasts, tasteless veggies. Have eaten very well here but for Sunday look elsewhere because either it's under new management or the chef takes Sundays off

I am pleased that you say you have eaten very well here, as for Sundays if you were disapointed its a shame you did not bring it to my attention at the time. thanks for the review More
