I have visited this restaurant on several occasions whilst visiting the area and it never fails to deliver an excellent dining experience. Attentive staff, efficient service and very enjoyable food presented well at a reasonable price. The menu varies with daily specials and they are more than happy to serve smaller portions for those with a small appetite or just... More

Attended the Open Day when Coffee Bothy's suppliers take a stall each in a marquee to display their wares and encourage 'tastings' - a great idea! Also a couple of things outside to keep the wee ones from getting bored. This is always a good place to eat - and shop - and the quality is excellent. In response to... More

First visit watched my salad being made with dirty, nose rubbed hands, after a seemingly genuine apology decided to go back for lunch again. Caesar salad with frozen diced chicken, lettuce with some sort of broken shell inside, cold chips and to top off the visit a weevil dead in the vinegar bottle. Hygiene first, so I will go elsewhere... More

Cannot recommend this place highly enough,it is set off the beaten track a little bit but worth the journey. My partner said its the best macaroni cheese they have ever had and I enjoyed my soup and sandwich combo, usually in such places you get a small half sandwich with your soup but this thing was huge and lovely! We have been numerous... Stunning setting in the country side with farm animals a plenty. Extensive and homemade menu. Sandwiches and scones recommended. Informative staff

Just popped in for a mocha which was delicious ! Service brilliant and staff lovely. Only problem with this place is too much to chose from! Menu brilliant and the most gorgeous handmade original furniture and accesories. Only one place to go for my Christmas shopping followed by a fantastic coffee. Love it here x

Both the coffee shop and the attached farm shop serve good quality produce at reasonable prices. On top of that, the shop sells some fine wooden furniture and the views are pretty impressive too.

Popped in for my mum after lunch fora cake and a coffee, at 3pm some of the cakes were gone but there was still a decent enough selection. I opted for the cream meringue - yummy! Was slightly different to eat as it crumbled in my hands and the cream fell off but it was worth the mess Decaff tea... More

Our friends we were staying with brought us here (their local favourite) for a truly Scottish breakfast after a late night before. A wonderful setting with amazing views, I can see why it's a favourite. The black pudding and egg bap was amazing and the service excellent and friendly. The added benefits of the attached deli and furniture showroom were... More

Met up wit h my daughters here for a pre birthday lunch. As previously staff were attentive and very friendly. Food was served promptly and was very good. After a walk on the glorious sunshine we then retuned for coffee and cakes before the place closed. Can' t fault anything, an extremely pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.
