We stumbled across this little coffee shop whilst looking for a break from the rain. We ordered a drink and cake and they were delivered to the table within 5 minutes by friendly staff. We would definitely recommend a visit.

We visited a couple of times, for breakfast and for afternoon tea and we enjoyed both visits. Lovely cup of tea and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We try to visit at least once a year. Sadly this year it was only once. At first we thought the management had changed but, thankfully, it hasn't. Lovely staff! Couldn't be more helpful. Not the cheapest place to start your day, but you really do get what you pay for. Ideal for singles, families and couples alike. This is... More

Sat by the window for breakfasts. Order at the counter and they are brought out to your table. Hot and tasty food. Latte coffee hot too. Nice tables in the street after 11am too and until 5.30pm.

Great ambiance, friendly staff and beautiful food. They make the best all day breakfast no grease in sight just taste and more taste. Locally sourced ingredients and a varied menu to meet the needs of everyone from Vegan to Carnivore. The decor is tasteful. The cakes are made locally and are superb.

After a 31/2hr drive I was dying for a bite to eat and after dinning here before I thought I'd have lunch here, ordered the chilli beef jacket potato and it more than plenty full and well worth every penny, not microwaved but proper oven baked and I struggled to finish it but I did 😋 I would definitely recommend... Stopped here for breakfast this morning. Delicious big breakfast and a good range of options including bagels, ciabattas and croissants.

Needed somewhere to feed the little one, so we popped in for a tea and a hot chocolate. Pleasant atmosphere and service. Would recommend the blueberry muffin, very tasty!

We visited here at a very busy lunch time and it seems popular with the locals, nevertheless the staff handled the situation very well and the service was always with a smile. Varied menu, simple but adequate and many items were home made.

Called here a couple of times, once for coffee and again for lunch. Service very friendly and quick even when busy. Would really recommend the welsh rarebit, delicious!
