Every time we visit Tenby we book this restaurant, the food yet again was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the lovely setting always makes for an enjoyable evening.

I have been holidaying in Tenby for approximately 35 years, and although we've enjoyed a drink in the fabulous Quay Room, until tonight had never dined at The Plantagenet. What a truly wonderful experience. Food and wine fabulous, service exceptional, and fortunate enough to be seated in the Flemish chimney. Cannot recommend highly enough as a special evening out!

This is a lovely restaurant down a small alley in the centre of Tenby. It has a romantic feel to it. We went there with our children. I don't think I would take them again. I was conscious that couples were there and maybe my children were having too much fun! Food was nice, but in my opinion, overpriced.

This was our main meal of a busy day and we were pleased that in addition to the standard lunch menu a la carte was available for fish. Cannot fault food or service, although pricey that was our choice and if budget had been an issue we would have been quite happy to take from the lunch menu looking at... More

Can't fault the food but , not a place to go for a romantic evening too many people in a small place , food a little overpriced , not a huge choice of meals no specials board . Did want to finish the meal off with a coffee but gave up waiting to order one so asked for the bill... More

We visited the downstairs coffee shop/bar one afternoon and we were very impressed with the surroundings - fascinating medieval property attached to the National Trust Tudor Merchants House (no connection). Coffee was good and the staff members we talked to were helpful and engaging. On the strength of this, we decided to book for dinner - loved the look of... More

We were so lucky to find this place while visiting Tenby! Initially we went in because they offered vegan and vegetarian options and was conveniently situated in the centre of town (just in front of the Tudor house). The food we had was excellent, the service really good and friendly and the place has a really unique atmosphere. Would definitely... More

I'm a fish eater and my husband isn't but we have both had a really good meal here tonight. The staff were great and even though they were busy they were able to give really good service. I'm gluten and dairy free and it was no problem. All the food we had was fabulous, well presented and of good proportions.... More
