Some of the best fish and chips I think we have ever had! Chips were made from new potatoes fish was frozen at sea! Beautifully presented with some salad! Waitress was charming! Do try it - you won't be disappointed! Great value for money!

Absolutely cracking fish chips and mushy peas, the haddock (My choice) was perfectly fried and came with superb chips, a side of peas that were really tasty. Nice clean spot with chatty staff, excellent.

We had fish and chips which were lovely and really big plates of food and my little boy had a hot dog, all really nice! And were made to feel very welcome by staff and even gave my little boy a lollipop before we left. Would defo recommend popping in if you fancy fish and chips by the seaside!

Enjoyed a good old fashioned fish and chips. Not to every ones taste, but it was done well and I enjoyed it for old times sake. Fish was cooked but not over cooked like some places.

Had tea from here at the weekend. Always nice and fresh. Very popular place so be prepared to wait on the sunny days and at the weekend. Great fish.

We always visit this chip shop when we are in illfracombe. We visited on Saturday when we arrived and had a lovely meal. The staff were very friendly. One lady drew our daughter a picture of a dog to colour in. They were great with the children. Fish and chips were lovely and good portion size.

Pleasant welcome and acceptable fish but the chips were so greasy, soggy and limp they were almost inedible. Shame.

Visited this eatery on two separate days and received two completely different service. The first was lovely, welcoming and good portions of food. One of the kids ordered a milkshake and it was served in a glass, plus the remaining milkshake was left on the table in a jug to consume later as we wish. We were so pleased with... More
