If you want great food with a real home cooked quality this is the place to visit. This combined with the restaurant's charming Victorian interior and the friendly service made it a very pleasant evening for us.

very friendly helpful service (our waitress did admit to being bit nervous as still learning, usually in the kitchen) The menu was varied with something for everyone the food was spot on, lovely flavours and plenty of fresh veg and potatoes. Shame we where on holiday otherwise im sure we would be regular customers.

We booked a table for 8 people quite late in the evening and was expecting to be rushed in to ordering, as most kitchen staff like to be finished by 9.30 😉 But no.....they were amazing!... More
