Very nice atmosphere and well situated on the front. Went in for coffee and enjoyed a very good crab sandwich, bit of a doorstep bread but lots of fresh crab.

Nice little find on the front in Ilfracombe. The place is run really well and efficiently with a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. We enjoyed scones, a sandwich, milkshake and an amazing banana split.

Visiting Ilfracombe my wife and I were glad to take a break and relax in this friendly cafe. We only needed a pot of tea but there was a good breakfast menu.

On my first visit to this lovely resort, we came upon Dolly's Café. What a pleasant atmosphere inside with the staff being attentive and friendly. We ordered cakes and tea and were most pleased with the service and value. We will certainly be returning when we are down here again.

Thus cafe us extremely welcoming to dogs (probably owing to the fact that dolly was a dog), and the staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The place has a wonderful friendly atmosphere, and the food lovingly prepared to you every need. In summary: highly recommend!

Went for cream tea the tea was cheap poor quality and was vile , the coffee I think was 1 spoon coffee 1 spoon mud also vile , the saving grace for the 2 stars was the scones cream and jam . Wouldn't recommend .

Very family friendly, fast service, freshly cooked scones (plain or fruit), competitively priced. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

Went here with family, and found it a really nice place to eat. Ordered sandwiches and chips, and everything was nicer than we were expecting - food in general round Ilfracombe, Combe Martin, Woolacombe etc is generally fried to within an inch of its life, but this was good. Café owner seemed to care too, which is another rarity!

My wife and I were enjoying the sights and enjoyable walks around the town and realised it is thirsty work discovering the quaintness & beauty of this delightful seaside town. Ideally located and conveniently positioned is Dolly`s Café, we were attracted to the well presented façade of this café and as we entered the establishment the proprietor (maybe Dolly? we... More
