I have been to the Creek many times, usually in the summer where it can be difficult to get a table, when the weather is nice you can sit outside and sometimes across the street where there are additional tables. The food has been consistently good, the portion sizes are generous. The Creek has a big menu and a specials... More

This is a genuinw pub well located at the harbourside. Local and imported beers together with pub fayre menu and the plus is local music on some nights giving that great celtic touch to the atmosphere.

So it was lunch time and I was hungry. We popped in here, a cosy looking pub on a rainy day and I ordered Chicken, stuffed with chorizo/cheese and wrapped in parma ham (safe option right?!) and was absolutely horrified with what they served me, it looked like it had been mummified!! But I gave it the benefit of the... More

Nice pub which was very busy. Sat outside in the sunshine and enjoyed a light lunch and a glass or two! Nice beer selection. I had a starter of Whitebait as a main course as I wanted a small lunch. It was massive! The hubby ordered the kippers- he had 3 whole kippers!! It was more than we could eat... More

The fresh crab sandwich is consistently top quality with generous filling and contains red crab meat. None of the wishy washy white stuff found in nasty crab sandwiches around elsewhere round the island. Please don't change the menu!

Good range of food on offer for evening meal with much more choice for the non-fish eaters. Driving prevented me from trying the various beers on offer - Pity! Booking essential at popular times and when the weather is good. Staff friendly and service reasonably quick.
