I chose this restaurant as I was staying at the hotel and on my first night just wanted somewhere convenient to eat. The menu had plenty to choose from and after some deliberation I chose the fish and chips (adventurous I know). When... More

Booked in here as near to our hotel ( which wasn't offering dinner) and really loved it. Very friendly waiter (Damian) who was very professional.Great window seat with view of Douglas Harbour. Lovely food--not too pretentious, just good honest dishes, well prepared and presented. I tend to go for sea-bass quite often as it is a particular favourite of mine,... More

First time visit to the IOM and we couldn't have picked a better place to dine. The waitresses were super friendly and professional, the menu and wine list were first class. All topped off with the best view in town. Coast is a credit to the Island. An awful lot of hard work goes in to an establishment such as... More

Recommended, but need to book first to ensure you get a table, it is very popular. Situated near the harbour just off the main promenade. The service was excellent and staff friendly. Excellent menu at affordable prices

I arrived for dinner at about 6pm and the the room was almost empty. The service was wonderful - I asked for a Bellini and the staff so kindly purified fresh peaches; unfortunately it didn't quite work but a lovely gesture nonetheless. The monkfish was lovely as was the pavlova. I am glad it was quiet - I was able... More

My wife and I are stating at The Clermont eithin whivh Coast is the hotel restaurant. Cocktails, dinber and breakfast are all good. The fare is very typically English cuisine; wholesome, well prepared and presented and delicious. Coast is truly worth a visit whike in Douglas, Isle of Man.

We went there during Easter for lunch and the place was empty except for us. The service was correct and our waitress came right away whenever we need her. I had for starter the carrot and coriander soup and I found it too greasy for my taste. On top of the obvious cream they added to it they also added... More

I booked this for my wife and I before we traveled to ensure we had a nice meal to look forward to on our first night in Douglas. I wasn't disappointed at all. The restaurant certainly delivered on all fronts. Interesting menu, lovely waiters and waitresses, tasty food, fast but not too fast service and very pleasant, quiet and uncrowded... More
