Good restaurant/bar on the seafront. Tables inside and out. Open all day. No need to book. Good, unpretentious menu and food, well served. Would be suitable for children during the day. Last orders at 10pm, I think. Well worth a visit.

'Fresh local bread' well fresh it might have been but for nearly £9 the sandwiches were few & the crust beyond what my teeth could manage. A side salad & a few crisps went with it but no cutlery provided to eat the salad with. Sorry but just not worth the money.

First visit was for morning coffee ,and some excellent shortbread.Though the Tapas menu was a little short decided it was worth a visit the next day for lunch.Once again we were well pleased with our food .the service was good and friendly . It was neither a "tragic visit " nor "dissapointing" but we were only tourists !!

A lovely spot to sit outside and watch the sea!! Spanish style tapas but not as spicy. We recommend the mushrooms in cream sauce but the patatas bravas and the meatballs were very bland and uninteresting. Chilli with Doritos was tasty but with only 4 Doritos!! We also ordered pitta bread which they forgot!! With a bit more attention to... More

Ended up here because the Ale and Oyster was closed. Thought the menu was interesting, but we were disappointed with what we were served. Waited for a while for our food even though the restaurant was half empty, apparently the kitchen was hit at the same time, so I don't know what service would be like when full! The potatoes... Very nicely cooked food - we had chilli. Generous portions but not at expense of quality. Nice seating outside. Service efficient.

Atmosphere nil, staff really not sure what they were doing. Food uninspiring. We used to go here often but won't bother again.

So disappointing. Management has changed, menu has changed, ambiance has changed. No fab funky breakfast options (just boring croissants, etc), gloomy, quiet, dreary. Nothing outstanding, just a run of the mill café. Been a regular on and off for nearly 10 years but no longer - the best place now is the Bandstand, Sandown...... Any comment from the new management... More

Sadly only went for a drink but at tentative staff and nice atmosphere. Not entirely sure anyone there had seen a Spanish bar as decor was a little confused but apart from that would revisit and the food looked good
