All I can say is this places Fish and Chips were some of the best my family and I have tasted, love the fact they came in a box and not paper, the curry sauce was to die for and the tartar sauce and mushy peas also top tasting.. Fairly pricey but definitely worth every penny, in fact it's making... More

Best fish and chips ever tasted for years. Staff are very nice and accommodating. So glad we found this gem on our way back to Hawkshead. Can definitely recommend this store.

Called in here to buy our lunch as it was just by the car park. My wife had fish and chips while I just had curry and chips. We grabbed one of the few tables outside and enjoyed probably the best meal that we'd had while visiting the Lakes . Reasonable price and excellent food, would highly recommend.

Run by a lovely family. Friendly & polite. Chips are great and the fish is in crisp golden batter. Some seating outside if you want to sit to eat your meal. Better than vinegar Jones in our book
