Been before for lunch , visited on Friday lunch with a friend. New refit great. Food standard pub meals. Staff warm and welcoming but didn't like that they were eating their lunch behind the bar.

Went with a friend for lunch today wanted shepherds pie but they hadn't got so both had fish and chips which was good all though musy peas were cold .but still enjoyed it very good value two for a tenner enjoyed it so have booked for next week for xmas menu havnt been for years I think it's been recently... Went for a mid-week meal with partner. Newly refurbed pub, still retains traditional pub 'feel' but tastefully decorated and high level of cleanliness. This pub is part of the Greene King/ John Barras chain. Recently refurbished both outside and in. The new outside seating area is nice - hope it is maintained. We eat out a couple of times a month an try to visit different pub/restaurants so as not to get bored of the same place.. But we can't help but to keep going back to the Britannia in Bradwell. We use this put quite regular and find it welcoming with great food and a vast variety of drinks. It caters for everyone - couple, sports fans, families.
