Saw this place as we drove in, marked for later and went off to enjoy the delights of Weymouth. When it was time to eat back to the chip shop. The staff and service was friendly and efficient. The plaice and chips were fantastic, just after we got our food arrived a large group arrived, about 12. Their Orders were... More

This traditional of English meals must always be served and cooked to perfection and at this restaurant this was certainly so.The quality of the service and the food was of the highest order, well done to everyone at this eatery.

Passed this place every night on our way back to our B & B. Always busy so we decided to have a meal one evening. We were so glad we did, excellent service, no waiting and the Fish and Chips were absolutely delicious.

The fish and chips were ok here, but have had much better. The kids novelty meals in a bucket with a spade were good, and the kids enjoyed them, except the chips were not the best; according to our nine year old son 'they are better at home'!

This place is super busy but when you taste the quality of the fish you know why. We waited approx 10mins for a table but our order was taken quickly and within 10 mins we had food and drinks. The fish and chips in a bucket for the kids is great too. My only comment is that many people were... More

We went into the restaurant which can get very busy, all staff were friendly and very busy. The portions are huge, proper chips and crispy batter. The children's can be served in a bucket with a spade. Very good.

Stunning fayre, served quickly with a smile. Add in scrupulously clean toilets, a good cup of tea and a very reasonable bill and you have to ask what else could be asked of a chippy. Can't knock anything that they do. Thanks
