Visited here to get some lunch to eat on the beach. Chips were a bit over cooked and plastered in salt. But shocked at the price of baked beans £1.45 for a small tub! They were quite cheap beans not a main brand either .

we were planning to go into a restaurant but as we walked by the SeaChef the fish and chips smelt so good we decided to go into the cafe. We were not disappointed service was good, the staff were friendly and the fish and chips with mushy peas tasted fantastic, beautifully cooked white chunky fish in excellent batter. Not greasy... after a hectic day on Weymouth beach it was nice to relax at this small fish and chips restaurant /shop ..... the food was excellent .....the service was friendly and the quickest I've experienced ....all in all ...highly recommended

We called in and was served by a girl who just constantly moaned about the customers we almost went elsewhere and I wished we had as the food was not of a good standard we won't be going here again .

We went here as a family, it was lovely, a clean restaurant, lovely big portions and friendly staff, great value for money too. Saves getting sand on your hands on the beach. A Lovely place to eat

Its been a while since we have been to the sea chef but we were not disappointed. The food and service was excellent. It is always clean, the staff are very friendly and efficient. The fish and chips are just the best - we are fussy. They were not at all greasy as you can get in some places -... More

We arrived quite late after a walk along the seafront. The staff were very welcoming. Exceptional quality and service,I personally have been coming here for over 40yrs,this restaurant has extremely good food and friendly welcoming staff,nothing too much trouble,pea fritters to die for with real chopped mint,mmmm,cod and chips cooked to perfection.
