Have been here a number of times to sample the mackerel baps which our family usually devour on Weymouth beach. This week we decided to eat in the restaurant. I find it hard to turn down fresh mackerel cooked in a light batter so I settled for this, my daughters tried the cod and chips - all were absolutely excellent.... More

When ever in Weymouth we always get our fish and chips from Marlboro. Today was no exception and as always our haddock and chips were delicious. Unfortunately there was a huge party in front of me (28 fish and chips) so I did have to wait quite some time which I didn't mind but an apology might have been nice.... More

We always go to the Marlboro at least twice when on holiday in Weymouth. The Cod is to die for. Shame I can't get fish like this near my home. If I lived in Weymouth I'd be so fat.

This is a little basic Fish n Chips restaurant in the middle of Weymouth by the Town Bridge, the staff are excellent and the food is super, well worth a visit.

Lovely fish and chip restaurant, you can't visit Weymouth without paying a visit!! We went twice in one weeks holiday it was that good, bonus being the staff are lovely and friendly too. The only drawback being the restaurant is quite small so had to hope there was space to sit and enjoy - no hardship if there wasn't space... More

Visited the restaurant 2 times during a 2 week break in Weymouth. We usually only visit once during our holiday, but we found the meals to be of excellent value and quality and wanted to visit again. Meals had plenty of chips and tasted fantastic. This included the fish, but also the pea fritters and the cheese and onion fry-its.

We've had fish and chips in Whitby which were excellent. But I have to say that the Marlboro was far away the best ever fish and chips that I've had. The service was also excellent. We can't wait to go back

Went to Weymouth as we were staying in a campsite in East Fleet and although it was incredibly busy we were seated and served very quickly. Massive portions be warned and the fish fingers are home made as are the chicken bites (breast of chicken - no rubbish) and my hubby and I had the crab cakes which although they... More
