Three months ago I had one of the best plates of food ever in this beautiful old pub so when I returned I was pleased to see it still on the menu. Cider Braised Pork Belly simply served on a bed of creamy mash, red...More

So beautiful exterior to this pub, pleasant staff working here who are friendly and helpful. On first look I wasn’t impressed as they seated us at a table that dogs had frequented the seating and left dog hair everywhere, this was quickly rectified as they...More

Service and friendliness was great. Food was local meat and was fantastic. Reasonably priced as well. Very old and quaint inside. Recommend booking.

Another dog friendly find. Great gardens and courtyard area, plenty of parking too. We visited twice and would have loved to try other selections from their menu. Seafood parcel starters were so beautifully presented it was a shame to eat them! Well kept beers too.

As far as I am aware dogs are allowed in the bar area where we generally eat,it is literally a bar area with dining tables.
