Lovely relaxed atmosphere, surprisingly not expensive - delicious hot chocolate. We didn't eat bit the food looked good - especially the fish and chips. We will return :)

Called here on 26 September 2018 as it was our wedding anniversary and we were out in Bude for a special day. On entering the barge we weren't answered by the staff when we smiled and said hello despite facing directly at them as we...More

Had a fantastic breakfast, gluten free and fabulous. A wonderful location and experience. A unique and comfortable place to eat, or just have a drink.

The very ordinary supermarket granary bread of my sandwich wasn’t good. Either stale or defrosted. Notable on paying nobody asked if we enjoyed our food. When I raised the issue there was no apology just “we have fresh bread everyday, maybe it was yesterday’s” and...More
