Came across this gem whilst walking, like the sign "we don't have wifi we like to talk. Food was excellent menu and specials where above average to say the least. Price, you would expect to pay more for this quality. Staff very welcoming. A must visit.

No. 1 in the Trossachs and it did not disappoint!! We arrived at 1pm and were welcomed in to what appears from the outside to be a shed. Inside the tearoom is very cosy and the menu is fitting for any decent restaurant. We had the seafood chowder and curried parsnip soup, both were delicious, fresh and very good portion... More

We stopped by for a late lunch, and since we are both vegetarians, we had the grilled halloumi cheese, and it was really nice. I was gonna have a starter too, but we were quite late so they didn't have any more of the beetroot starter. So after the main meal I decided to try the carrot cake, and was absolutely... More

Surprised to find Goulash on the menu - but when I heard the accent of the waitress (Hungarian) it fell into place. Great food, great service, fair prices. Wood panelled interior was homely. Seafood chowder was spot on, as were the desserts..

Called in for lunch after a drive over the Dukes Pass. Very welcoming friendly staff who all made time for a chat. Went with the intention of a sandwich and a cuppa, ended up having a wonderful meal in this quaint little restaurant. Food was excellent, we will be back again.

On an exceptionally wet day (even for Scotland and the Trossachs region in particular) we sought refuge from the weather in the Tearoom. A rather unprepossesing exterior which hides a woodpanelled interior with a delightful quirky ambiance and friendly staff. We settled on a nice warming bowl of soup as a starter- celeriac with truffle oil then while I chose... More

Great stop off for coffe and cake or a light lunch. Best of all is dinner though, Veronica is a delightful host and the food with a Hungarian flavour is high quality in an unusual setting. Great for family occasions or a special dinner for two.

Loved this pit stop - so unexpected as thought it was just a tea-room - had fantastic laksa style dish and my friend had best goulash ever.

The tearoom cabin has folksy WW2 feel. The food was nice and well thought out, though the service a little disorganised on the day we visited.
