I'm so surprised about the poor reviews on tripadvisor. Pinocchio's is a lovely restaurant with great nostalgic decor - it is not mass produced, hipster, children's menu, plastic and pretentious, and Thank GOODNESS for that!! There are plenty of other places quite close by if that's what you're looking for. We walked around looking at menu's and the atmosphere (or... More

Popped in here for dinner. Admittedly I went to Pizza Express across the road first and they were fully booked so nipped in here instead and am so glad I did as the food was better than what I have had in Pizza Express before. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent ! After my visit I looked... More

We were a party of three adults and two children. I don't know where to start. Positives: friendly staff, with a central location. Negatives: generally the restaurant looks very tired and is desperate need of decorating. It's pretty dirty inside as well. Our table was sticky and when I tried to wipe the table with my paper napkin it stuck... More

Our very favorite Pizza restaurant for many years. We love the fishy one with extra anchovies. Always great service and buzzing atmosphere.

Just went to eat here and we found that the staff were rather rude and unable to help with a request with 2 push chairs. One child was sleeping and they wanted to remove her from her pushchair. I have never know a place to be so unhelpful. There attuide towards families with children is stuck in the 70's like... More

Service was friendly. But that doesn't make up for store bought pizza. Making your own pizza dough isn't hard not expensive. But they obviously bought them. Small, all equally big (or rather: small; approx. 9 inch) and dense. The toppings may have been fresh, but not of high quality. Definitely not worth the money. They tried to rip us off... More

Very attentive staff, loved my pizza. do find that the desserts (bought in ice-cream) well over priced at £4.90 each... but would definately go back.

My seventy something year old dad loves this place so we go whenever I visit him. He probably eats there three times a week. It's like stepping back into the past - the decor is 1970s (red and white bistro table cloths) with lots of cartoon and toy Pinnochios and Italian signs. So the kids like it. On the plus... More

As part of our stay, we decided to choose this lovely small restaraunt. The food was very nice and the drinks were chilled. Service was excellent. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. We are definitely returning this year.
