As a table of 8 we were all satisfied and pleased with our meals - half of us opting for the Carvery and half picking off the menu. The views over the canal made this an idilic summer evening country pub venue, BUT come 9pm...More

Flies everywhere! We were swatting them off all the time we were eating which wasn’t very nice, god knows what they did on the food. Surely it wouldn’t be too much trouble to spray with fly spray before the pub opens or just before it...More

Sunday’s are most probably your worst day to go, RUDE man in charge of his precious clipboard. Only two staff members who actually seem to be working, old lady shouting at staff members and heard throughout the whole restaurant from the kitchen. Roast potatoes are...More

Nearly £5 for pint lemonade and pack of crisps, this would of cost just over £3 in my pub, won’t use as a stop again as the Barman was not interested and quite rude when I questioned the price .
