We popped in here for a quick bite to eat whilst visiting Enniskillen and we weren't disappointed. Our party had folks with different levels of hunger and we were all catered for easily. The soup I had was delicious and the accompanying panini was equally good. There was a great wine list too, which we didn't avail of, but we... More

We arrived 8pm ish following a long drive up from County Clare. We were hungry but also didn't want to be too late to our B&B. The initial service was pretty slick. We were served with water and menus promptly and it wasn't too long before our order was on its way to the kitchen. After our food arrived the... More

I came here as part of a group and found the menu to be limiting, we were celebrating someone getting married who is a vegetarian who does not like risotto therefore there were no other mains for them. When the mains came one was missing and the waiter advised it would be down shortly, however, sides that were ordered did... More

Been to this restaurant so many times and it never disappoints us! Fantastic service and the food is outstanding definitely one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in! An extensive wine menu to compliment food as well.

I dined here with my mother after reading the excellent reviews on this website. We were not disappointed. There was a choice of unusual and appetising starters. My mother opted for the salt and pepper chicken whilst I had the daube of beef. Both were delicious. We followed this with the risotto and the loin of pork. Again, both extremely... More

Had a great lunch at Cafe Merlot for 7 of us. Great sandwiches and soup and salads. Lots of choice and then upstairs to Blakes for a drink!

Was staying in Enniskillen for a couple of days so my husband and I decided to give this restaurant a try. We're glad we did. The food was lovely and well presented. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Would recommend you try it as well

Knew the restaurant was highly marked for town, hadn't booked , it was raining so why not? Fortunately although we hadn't booked and restaurant had a very large group booking we were accommodated. Service was a bit sporadic , menu and wine choice limited. On saying that the food and wine was good. Not sure if our experience was tampered... More

Cafe Merlot is always full at the weekend, and booking essential, several turned away when we dined. However, you can usually book at relatively short notice. The food is excellent, the antipasti a must for all diners, usually three different small items on a slate, including a demi-tasse of soup. Mains are always good, cooked to perfection, and well seasoned.... More

Myself, my husband and another couple visited this restaurant on Sunday 31st July 2016. We were visiting the area and went onto trip advisor to get an idea of good restaurants in Enniskillen so as Cafe Merlot came out on top we thought it would be a safe bet. WRONG. We had a look at the menu at the front... More
