Had possibly the worst and most expensivet akeaway meal from this place on Friday night.. Immediately sent an Email to their website..No response. Called today to be told "We dont want customers like you who wait til Monday to complain"..When I challenged him about the...quality of the food he didnt want to know..So if you want to spend over £30 quid on crappy food and deplorable service...go there. But take my advice there are better Takeaways in the area.More
Had several meals in the past & always been good, but disappointed in the latest offering. Wasn't hot enough seemed like it had been standing for some time and both curries were bland, dupiazia & patha, none of their usual flavours. very little chicken. Both...my wife & I were dissatisfied won't be going back.More
We have used this take away from the day it opened and have never been disappointed until recently. Is there a new owner or new chef? It's just not the same and we got a wrong order last time too. Ended up not having a...meal as they were too busy to bring out the correct order. We've never been tempted to try a different takeaway but alas maybe it's time for a change. Come on Bill Quay, get yourselves back to the way it's been the last 20+ years!More
My wife and I collected a meal from Bill Quay Tandoori, it was really tasty and we both commented how nice it was. I had marred my wife with plain curry. Would I go again. YES
I didn't order the £9.95 Special I spent £15.00 inc delivery (£2.00) on A bhuna prawn on puri starter .... absolutely disgraceful, totally tasteless, no spices whatsoever. Tikka chicken Balti... all of my balti's have contained mincemeat to enrich and are also richly spiced. This...was DEVOID of any mincemeat or spicing. Onion, chopped tomatoes,rediculous raw red and green chilli's, some of the chicken had a texture of not having been cooked right through....... Finally Garlic pilau rice, very thinly sliced garlic burnt black and dry as sticks rice....... TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!More
Always order our food from here. I have never had a bad take away. Food is always delicious and portions are a good size. 10 out of 10 every time never fails. 😊
I’ve got my curry’s here for approximately 15yrs and it’s the best Indian meal I’d had locally. Unfortunately over the last few months the meal has gone from not to bad to I’m not paying good money for that!! I’ll not return and wouldn’t recommend...it to anyoneMore
Long standing takeaway that used to offer amazing quality. Recent order delivered lacked taste and very greasy. No spice little vegetable in curry. Chicken seemed undercooked no marinade sauces had no flavour. Rice was very poor. Need to change chef asap.
We’ve been using this takeaway for years now even though Hebburn village tandoori is on my doorstep. Definitely the consistently best curry I have ever tasted and I’ve had curries from the uk to Singapore. 10 our of 10. I’ve read some reviews where people...haven’t received there correct order, all I can say is in the 15 years we have used there delivery service we haven’t had one problemMore
