Pros: good service, great atmosphere as very packed, food tasty Cons: tatty restaurant and loos, far too much food (perhaps great for some people but many left food on their plate). Noticed some reviews said a little expensive. If they cut down on portion sizes then they could reduce prices considerably. Or why not offer a small or large portion... More

Gutted to say, I had a terrible meal last night for my birthday. Steak was not cooked properly, asked for peas no salad, salad turned up, peas did not, asked for gravy don't do gravy here..... won't be going back.

I have been going to this restaurant since I was about 10 years old. I'm 32 now. Yyou may remember it being called 'Zaks'. In all of those years I have found 2 hairs in my food, and that was the same night! I never feel let down by the food or the portions. However, those prices are starting to... More

Went here for a birthday meal, we were given a table in front of the front door.. which ruined everything right at the beginning. It was freezing with people walking in and out and at one point one of my friends couldn't sit down at the table once going to the loo due to the amount of people queuing behind... More

Had a late dinner here last night. Managed to phone up at 7pm and book a table for 9pm at this popular Great Yarmouth American style eatery. - it was surprising as we know it's a popular place. Centrally location and a hidden gem in many ways. We were taken into the bar on the right hand side as you... More

Havent been here in years I had the ribs £17 I just felt there was two ribs on the plate which were fatty a pile of chips and salad coleslaw and corn this is so overpriced the waiting staff didn't even ask if we enjoyed our meal . Sgt. peppers is better value and far tastier food !!

Came on the recommendation of a friend. Table was slightly dirty when we arrived which was off putting. Cutlery didn't smell pleasant either, very 'metallic'. I ordered the burger with BBQ sauce; the burger itself was saturated in grease and tasted absolutely foul. Could not eat it! Came with a HUGE side of delicious fries though, and the salad was...
