Great chippy!

Simple fish and chip shop but done very well...no nonsense, friendly service, great fish and chips. At least on a par with the more famous shetland fish and chip shop!!!

This is a no nonsense chippy which serves really good fish. It is fairly basic but friendly, fast and very good value. More than which one cannot really ask for.

Your average greasy spoon chippy. Not many tables, but good grub and good service. Food is quick and hot, and you never wait very long. They serve the best chips I've ever tasted, unfortunately, sometimes their fish isn't the freshest, which there's no excuse for in the fishing capital of the world.

Fish was so fresh it was nibbling on the chips. Very tasty and good value. Don't be put off by the plain surroundings. Will be back.

Had a great fish and chips meal here for a great price. They also have sausage, burgers, and few other items other than fish and chips. Can't wait to come back!

Great chips, you can eat in or take away. Big pieces of fish but you can ask for small portions if you are not so hungry. Would like steak and kidney pie on the menu. Staff are friendly, don't understand why I cannot put my own salt and pepper on, especially when the person handling the money also handles the... More

Best Haddock you can get. Plain and simple. Good food, no frills. Do not bother trying anywhere else, you will not beat this place for taste.

Nothing fancy about this place, but the haddock was very tasty and it and the chips were freshly cooked.

This little cafe is in the town centre. It is divided in two where you can eat in one part, or buy takeways on entering. I preferred the takeway. The staff are so friendly and the fish is fresh and just so good. Typical authentic Fish & Chips. Worth a visit. Fort with park nearby. Worth a try ....
