Four of us plus one dog called in at random for dinner and were made welcome. The food was plentiful, of good quality and good value. We will call in again.

This is the second time we have visited the King's Arms Hotel in the last month and both visits were good. The first time I got the chicken stuffed with haggis and it was AMAZING... Top class. This time I got the lasagne and I felt there were lots of layers of pasta and very little mince in between, but... More

Spent a couple of nights here on work, the staff were good, especially one lady called Linda. Its an old hotel with lots of character, but not as polished as modern hotel chains.

Nice and clean hotel, staff smartly dressed and helpful. Food was nothing special but good size portions. Prices tad expensive possibly reason for so few covers. Comment would be if all menue was £1 cheaper this would be a good value establishment. Nothing bad but not startling give it a try and then decide.

Excellent food and service in a tragic little hamlet. Mixed grill is enough for four but a hearty appetite polished it off. Three course Sunday meal is a steal.

Really good fun even if a bit more "amateur" than expected. The organisers did well to keep a small venue atmosphere with the jokers right in the thick of the audience. Well done. A tenner well spent.

Eaten here a number of times, its usually quite quiet though we do go week nights. The menu is quite good and we have probably had 80% of it and to be honest its always very good value for money. The portions are generous and the quality is always there. Lacks a bit of atmosphere, but it is a bar... More
