Arrived early for a day in Loughborough so headed for the nearest Wetherspoons. This is one of two in Loughborough and was very busy even just after 8am. Service was quick and we didn't wait long for our traditional breakfast.and we had coffee that comes with free refills until 2pm. Plenty of choice on the menu. Breakfast was one of... More

Popped in for a quick pint whilst staying locally. Ordered the Tuesday special of sirloin steak and a pint for just under £8. Have to say this was the best steak I have eaten for years. Perfectly cooked with chips, mushrooms and tomatoes. Seriously, you can't go wrong Huge praise to the chef See you again soon

One of two wetherspoons in Loughborough -this is the older one but great value and friendly staff. Our breakfast was speedy and hot -my porridge and banana and honey was lovely and fresh-as were the bagel with smoked salmon, full English, pancakes with bacon and maple syrup and eggs benedict my friends all enjoyed!

Having been a regular Wetherspoons customer and as someone who loves Cider I was so looking forward to the Cider festival which has been advertised for months. Sadly as usual the finer and more obvious points are lost. WARM CIDER? Your joking. No I don't want ice that waters the flavour down !! How hard would it have been to... More

I am not overwhelmed by the moon and bell and have been to much better wetherspoons. The food is good for price and drinks cheap but it needs redecoration desperately, it always seems to smell of stale lager and cigarettes. Would recommend the fry up for breakfast.

My friend and I called into the Moon & Bell last Friday whilst shopping shopping in Loughborough. We chose from the friday fish menu and were absolutely amazed at the quality of the food and the portions on the plate. Furthermore two pints of Guinness accompanied our meal choice. Not certain where else you could get all of this for... More

The Moon & Bell is a regular venue after a hard day's volunteering at the nearby Great Central Railway and I often eat there with the same group of friends. The menu is standard Wetherspoon's fayre but the service is always fast and the food is always good. The beer range includes up to 10 hand pulled ales (with Abbot... More

I regularly visit this Weatherspoons for a breakfast with friends. The Moon & Bell Loughborough never fails to deliver excellent quality food and service. The menu is a standard Weatherspoons menu which delivers quality food at a very reasonable price. This pub can get busy on a Saturday morning but it doesn't appear to affect service, quality or waiting times.... More
