Was going to have my usual Saturday roast dinner at the Chattery Lytham but was surprised to find it closed till further notice. Hope it opens again soon.

Have been going to this cafe in Lytham on and off for the past ten years, and have noticed a drop in standard, such a shame, have the owners changed? Get it sorted please.

2 Sausage, 2 Bacon, egg, beans, toast and coffee. £4.95 delicious food and good service. Get there early and it is quiet but I know it gets full even with the extra tables outside. The fruit pies look awesome though I haven't tried them yet.

We went in for breakfast and ordered sausage barms, they were just awful. The cheapest sausages going and deep fried. Felt like we had to eat them as we paid £3.50 for each one. The staff were pleasant enough, the only saving grace. I won't be going back in a hurry.

Called in for a breakfast, I found the 'big' breakfast far from big. I asked for well done toast and ended up with bread not toasted at all on one side and just warm on the other. I spoke to the waitress who took it back to the kitchen and returned with it burned on one side and soggy on... More

Visited her for lunch yesterday - walked in to be faced with dirty pots on every empty table. Despite this we decided to say and promptly removed all of the dirty pots ourselves. The café itself was airless and very hot - still not sure why we stayed - however we did and two of us ordered ham omelette and... More

I am surprised at some of the reviews for this cafe, we come here regularly and always the food has been delicious and the staff very friendly. Granted we usually come early and have breakfast but we never have anything to complain about. It can get very busy around lunchtime and you may have to be patient then, but the... More

Ordered baked potato with coleslaw. It was awful - looked and tasted dreadful. I asked for it to be replaced and it was ...... with something exactly the same. I couldn't eat it and didn't want a fuss as I was with friends. Nobody checked back to see if things were okay. They weren't, and I won't ever return.
