I chose to go in because of the lovely looking cakes displayed in the window. The home made soup was delicious and the cappuccino was very good (with a sprinkle of chocolate powder in the shape of 2017, what a nice touch). I was served very efficiently. My first visit but certainly not my last!

Lovely little tea room that's sells lovely gifts. Lovely cakes and very friendly. Just visiting Ross on Wye and stumbled upon this lovely place. I had toasted tea cake and latte, very good service. It also sells a little jewellery and lamps and candles. Can't wait to go back.

I called in for some lunch with my sister and mum. I had beef goulash soup which was nice and spicy. My sister and mum had sandwiches which they said were tasty. The staff were friendly and polite. The coffee was good and I loved the coffee and walnut cake. Would come here again next time we're in Ross.

Visited Ross on Wye on a freezing Dec afternoon and went in for somewhere to warm up and get a hot drink. The town itself was a little disappointing - not very picturesque and not as many independent or interesting shops as I'd hope for but this little cafe/ gift shop is delightful. We were given a warm welcome and... More

Thank you for leaving us your review. We were pleased you enjoyed your visit to Pots and Pieces but saddened that the rest of Ross-on-Wye disappointed you, perhaps give it another try on a less cold and miserable day as the town really does have a lot of lovely areas and views into Wales over the river. Used to be called the Antique Tearooms and somewhere we have not been for several years but called in yesterday for a light lunch of quiche with salad and a brie and cranberry sandwich with salad garnish and crisps. Both were excellent and we each had a coffee. The tea room was warm, welcoming and comfortable with friendly and helpful... More

Lovely tea room, with friendly staff serving fresh home-baked light meals & cakes, and lovely pots of tea. My Earl Grey was fab. They also sell really nice gifts such as jewellery, quirky clocks & lamps.

Pots and Pieces was recommended to us by the proprietor of a shop in Ross on Wye, so we went there for lunch. The food was lovely and the home-made cakes were delicious. The staff were very attentive and polite and worked very well as a team, which made the whole experience very pleasurable. We would heartily recommend this place... More

Great little Tea Room in the heart of the lovely little town of Ross On Wye. Lots of crafty type things decorate the cafe and available to buy as well. Nice efficient staff. Good value and very clean and comfy. Busy place.
