Sorry to say the winking prawn is average at best, expensive and poor food but service is ok, seems busy but that's only because there isn't anywhere near so they can get away with ripping people off, been many times but this year will be the last, tied and run down needs a complete refurb.

Plenty of nice outdoor seating for a quick lunch with picnic benches and parasols. A bit more expensive if you go there for dinner.

You can take dogs so a nice walk from Salcombe town to the beach. The only way I can describe the hot chocolate was like skiing hot chocolate. Proper... More

...and voyager coffee which is definitely our new favourite! Love the breakfast buffet and they do an impressive poached egg which a surprising number of venues can't seem to do. Lovely decor & character and plenty going on to keep kids entertained.

I wrote this review on my phone at the time, after walking here and looking forward to a spot of lunch. I was ravenous at the time, as pregnant and thoroughly disappointed. My husband was trying to keep me calm and stop me from crying at how disappointed and frustrated I was at the baguette I'd received. 'Worst made baguette... More

A lovely find right on top of North Sands beach. The terrace is dog friendly with lovely views looking out to see. I had the crab and prawn salad, it was super fresh and really tasty. We sat out on the terrace in the autumn sunshine and despite it being out of season the whole place was buzzing. If you... More
