This pub is next door to the Premier Inn (Festival Park) so we visited only because it was where our breakfast booked. Staff were lovely but clearly run off their feet; no cutlery, teacups, plates etc. Had to specifically request these. Breakfast was average but did the trick! I couldn't help but think the pub hadn't been cleaned properly in... More

Often come here for Sunday lunch because it offers a better Sunday Roast than a certain Carvery not too far away. The other items on the menu are well worth a try too. Very much a recommended establishment but be warned... service can be very slow when busy.

Been here several times for bar food and to just sit outside in the sun with a drink. Each time it is just as awful as the last time, I always say I will never go back, I did this week but never again. Staff are ok but literally run off their feet as there are not enough staff! Hot... More

Food is lovely and priced quite reasonably but we had 2 tables next to us full of travellers that were being very loud and using foul language! Quite intimidating so we didn't hang around. There were no other free tables or we would of moved.

Got called 'babe' repeatedly by a grumpy looking barmaid who looked fresh out of nappies. The manager was sitting getting drunk. The waitress looked like she really couldn't be bothered to be there. Thank God for the young lad reece behind the bar that kept the customers smiling. Avoid avoid avoid.

Excellent location and really good food for a reasonable sum of money. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Service is always shocking. Only 2 other tables in and waited 30 mins for a hot dog and ham egg and chips, ridiculous. Was Told 'it's coming' and still had nothing. Very very average food

We used the Quays as it was convenient, but only had dinner once. It generally gave a grubby appearance, inside and out, with food on the restaurant and bar floor, with seemingly no desire by the staff to clear it away. The serving staff, had a sad, not-bothered attitude which added to an already not very good experience at dinner.... More
