Called in for lunch and what a delight it was. Had the quiche which was the best I ever tasted absolutely delicious. Then had scones which were amazing. A real treat can't wait to return.

Called in lunch time for a snack. Had scones and coffee. The scones were very good and were enormous, almost too big. Good coffee and service was speedy and staff were polite. Not the cheapest scones and coffee but they were good quality.

After buying a few books we had an excellent coffee and amazing cakes. Try the cherry and almond cake served with cream...the best I've ever tried. Welcoming staff, efficient and friendly service. A great place.

Great find at the rear of the bookshop. This is a very popular venue so be prepared to make a 20 minute booking and use the time to look around Hay . It was well worth the wait as the food was very good ....More
