Called yesterday with our 19th month old grandson, planned on staying for lunch but left after 15minutes.Playworker was doing repairs after a child could have had a nasty accident due to faulty equipment which I would have thought would of been checked before playzone opened. Waited 10 minutes to be served for a coffee. We left in disgust and will... More

Having been to The High Park on numerous occasions, I am sad to say this will most likely be my last. From being seated to having the drinks delivered , I have not known service like it. And to top it off the food was well below par this time After having drinks delivered, the male server said he would... More

First of all, as from our email conversation, please once again accept my sincere apology for such an unpleasant service, for which is so out of character. As mentioned, we have had about 3-4 'very bad days in the office' over the last 7-8 days and unfortunately a few tables, and by no means all, like yourself did experience something... More

This was our first visit to High Park and thought it would be a nice way to round of the Christmas holidays. We booked for nine people plus a highchair for our 11 month old Granddaughter. When we arrived we were told that a highchair was not available as they were all taken. This means someone having to hold her... More

Upset is something that I am, because we've failed you !! I can write and tell you what you would expect to hear on trip-advisor, but I'm not. Very unfortunately, for some reasons beyond our control and a lot that is, we experienced a few shifts in the last week that were just awful and I do apologise that you... More

We decided to stop at high park to break our long drive home as it's so close to the motorway. Glad we did. It was a bank holiday, so was busy and we appreciated being told about the wait for food when we arrived. Makes a change to go out somewhere where children are properly welcomed, and our toddler loved... More

Three for meal 2nd January Place less than half full. Waited an hour for food. Not fantastic- 2 fish and chips with plenty of batter but as much fish as a fish finger. Peas like bullets. One burger as dry as if made days ago People on other tables had same wait and one table waited as long just to... More

Sir, You were sat on the second table in on the right hand side as you go up the two steps. Yes, you unfortunately did wait 40minutes for your mains. I do, once again, apologise as I did that day whilst I was clearing the tables around you after the x40-45 tables 'full' restaurant we had just had. As I... More

Lovely mass planting well tended gardens with a great coffee shop. Perfect for a stroll or to let children play in the park. Something for everyone and wheelchair friendly too!

I recently visited this restaurant with good intentions, I went with my sister, her boyfriend and my 7 month old nephew. We arrived thinking that Jack ( nephew) could have a play in the play gym ( with me)and we could also have a light snack as well. We arrived and asked for a table for three. The woman on... More

We are very sorry your visit didn't go how you expected it to go. Yes we have been very busy this festive period and this is why we advise on wait times for tables and food, however as you said in your review, you wanted to sit in the, so the team member advised you correctly. Our price for children... More
