I've been visiting Jitlada for a few years now and I will never stop going! The food is amazing value ranging at around 6 pounds for a meal (the dinner menu varies) ! The flavours are authentic thai and the food tastes so fresh! Very quaint inside, perfect for work, couples, families and friends!!

Been going to Jitlada for 25years and was very sad when Vichien and Noor retired. We tried it again and were very glad we did. Service was amazing and the food was almost as good. Still excellent. We have tried others but so glad we went back.

We had one of the more expensive set meal; the food was good, not outstanding and was just the right amount for two people. The service from the guy was great however we were one of only two tables.

Meal in restaurant not as good as the take away food, which was a shame as we were looking forward to the same quality.

My first visit since Jitlada's refurb. Always used to be a big favourite of mine. It had really gone downhill since the refurb. We'd been using Nakorn instead (as by the look of numbers had many people). The refurb is decent. Bright & clean. Lost a bit of the old intimacy. But was here at luch time as well, so different... This was the first and last time we will eat at Jitlada, the food was greasy and bland. Thai food is usually our absolute favourite, but we thought the food was disgusting, drinks were served warm and service was slow. Really disappointing, we thought we would try somewhere local but will stick with the Bangkok Lounge in Harpenden from now... More

I visited here on a Friday night just before Christmas. There were only two other tables occupied however we waited over an hour for our food to arrive. This arrived over the course of about 20 minutes which meant we couldn't all eat together. One person's food was totally wrong so had to wait for the correct meal to be... More

This restaurant is a family favourite which used to be one of the best thai places in Luton. However new owners have failed to maintain standards. The food is no longer so good. That said, a meal here is not going to be bad and service is still excellent. The restaurant is very small, so book a table. Prices are... More

After being a regular customer for 25 years i returned after Jitlada changed hands and under went refurbishment.......unfortunately it was the worst experience i have ever had, the waitress was very slow and we had to ask for our plates to be cleared after sitting with dirty plates in front of us for an hour! we also had to keep...
