We recently stayed here for four days for a long weekend. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed (not an easy find!). The room also had a balcony which meant we woke up every morning to a lovely view of the sea. We had a nice breakfast every morning and the food was... More

We were looking for a steak dinner at a reasonable price this we found at the quay. The meal was delicious and filling no skimping on the salad also very friendly bar and waiting staff. Would recommend to anyone visiting minehead.

Had lunch here during a day trip whilst staying Watchet - lovely lunch in the beer garden of scampi and chips - good service and pleasant surroundings, also dog friendly inside and out! Would return!

Had the rump steak here last night, locally reared and of excellent quality, tender and tasted like a good steak should - exceptional! Compared it with some steaks I bought at Borough Market in London a while back, this rump was actually better. Cooked to perfection and a large glass of Merlot made it a match in heaven! Too full... The minute you walk through the door you can feel the relaxed atmosphere from what does not feel like a pub in a seaside town as it is small but comfortable and when you walk up to the bar you are greeted with happy smiling staff, which I have to admit always wins my vote. It was obvious that the... More

Popped in for quick pint on a sunny Saturday afternoon, very pleasant lady served me to a pint of really well kept Carlsberg (only £2.90) She said there's some live music on in the gardens, twas great, so much so that I took the details and will be booking room there in future rather than The VERY NOISY Duke of... Day out on the West Somerset Railway but too wet for the beach. Called in for lunch & a drink. Great comfortable pub close to the harbour with well kept beers and good basic pub grub. Would definitely come again.

Lovely Real Ale . Very friendly service. There was only one real ale available the bar staff put another one for me and offered to put a third one on brilliant service.

Was passing the Quay Inn and popped in for a quick drink and ended up staying longer because the owners and staff made us feel so welcome. The hospitality and service was first class. As new owners they are working hard to make the customer experience one to remember and they are succeeding. The menu is varied, well cooked and... More

Description
The Quay Inn - where everyone is most welcome. We delight in offering the best, locally sourced, quality, foods and real ales at reasonable prices. The menu changes with the seasons. We also LOVE MUSIC! Quay Roots at the Quay Inn, frequently presents local, national and international music acts. The next event will present Cam Penner and Jon Wood from Canada, on Halloween night. We also host regular acoustic and plugged open music sessions, and the next one of these will on Sunday afternoon, 6th October, at 2:30pm.The Quay also provides an extensive coffee and tea menu and fantastic selection of naughty yummies (cakes, desserts) that can be enjoyed all day. We welcome dogs and well behaved owners, and also have a wonderful large garden where you can enjoy the lovely sea air.
