Found this place a few months ago and now regularly go back. Friendly service, plenty of choice, and good value for money! Wide range of food, sandwiches, baguettes, jacket potatoes, paninis, pizzas, soups, and plenty of home made sweets (cakes, tray bakes etc). Not had a bad lunch once. Popular so can be busy at lunchtime on weekends, but plenty... More

We have been here a few times now and the food has never let us down. The service is so personal that it makes you feel like you are a valued customer to them. There is such a large variety of fillings that you can have as a panini / toastie / jacket potato / baguette for lunch. As we... More

Great tasting coffee and a huge selection of food options, all made to order. Cannot recommend this place more highly and the staff are really friendly too.

After a party the night before, we were looking for somewhere for breakfast and stumbled across Weavers. The full English was excellent. They also have extensive gluten free options. Very friendly service. All in all an excellent discovery!

This is a good value, quick service independent café in Newbury, located seconds from Northbrook Street. Often busy on a weekend, there is always a table available upstairs or outside in the pedestrianised walk if the weather is nice. I probably visit every couple of months. I would recommend this for a no frills coffee and cake whilst shopping or... More

I want to like this place but after two visits and being treated badly both times I have sadly given up. It is in a lovely quiet location. Both times I have visited the service has been off. There were three waitresses serving at the counter when I visited .There was no 'Hello, please, or thank you ', I managed... More

As Lock,Stock and Barrel was my daughter's choice, Weaver's situated in an alleyway off the high street was my wife's. This unpretentious coffee shop, tearoom and snackbar meeting place and gallery for local artists offers good value snacks and although no views this comfortable 70s/80s retro ( suited me fine) backwater is a haven of peace from the High Street... Everything was superb. Atmosphere is very family orientated but not exclusive to families. Service is excellent and the food is divine.

Bacon and Brie baguette with a coffee. Nice and early this morning, no queue and a friendly welcome. Food as good as ever. Well recommended!
