We went for a lunch on a Saturday which actually quite rare for us. It was alot busier than normal but service was slick and we were looked after very well. We had a bottle of fizz to start which we finished at the table just before our first courses arrived. All the food we had was excellent. It was... More

We went as a group of four ladies to the Vineyard for my mothers birthday. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm reception and from there our night ran so smoothly with lovely attentive service. We had the five course tasting menu and every course although not my cup of tea on paper was a taste... More

Food very good but for us the main point was the fantastic wine list with the huge number of 'by the glass' options. This means you can indulge your tastebuds with a selection of wines you would not get if you could only order bottles. Service also excellent and the décor/ styling first rate.

My partner and I have enjoyed several meals in both the bar and restaurant in recent years, and the experience never disappoints. We last visited on Friday for my birthday... I was welcomed with a 'Happy birthday' by all members of the staff that I interacted with, and to celebrate the occasion the restaurant brought me a beautiful (and very... More

My husband and I stayed at The Vineyard to celebrate our second wedding anniversary. Everything about our stay was amazing! Our room was immaculate and very spacious. It was lovely to have a balcony overlooking the golf course. The room had everything we needed. Huge bath! The bed was big and comfy. Shortly after checking in we headed down to... More

The setting for this hotel and restaurant is very attractive and the restaurant particularly attractive. The tasting menu was the preferred choice of most of the party although one had specific dietary needs which were met without any fuss. The general impression was that the tasting menu was enjoyed by everyone with all dishes of an equally high standard. Service... More

Have had many a lovely evening at this restaurant, fabulous food and wine, with friends. Tasting menu, sumptuous meals, good service and attention to detail. Pricey and worth it, if you want something special or entertaining like minded friends with that little extra touch.

I took my granny and brother to the Vineyard last Tuesday 30/08/16 as I had heard nothing but great things about the Vineyard, I decided to give it a shot. We were seated with the menus and asked the waitress to order 2 sets of afternoon tea as we saw 1 set was designed to be shared between 2 people.... More

My wife and I decided to give the afternoon tea a try. Booking this online seemed very efficient and the hotel also called me a few days before to confirm that our plans hadn't changed. We booked at 3.30pm slot and arrived at 3.25pm; promptly announcing our arrival to a young lady on reception. The young lady vanished for a... More
