My family's evening visit started badly. We were shown to our table then left alone for 15 minutes before we went to the bar to ask when we might expect some service. We were told that when we arrived we should have been advised that we needed to order our meal at the bar. We weren't. However, a waitress tried... More

visited this pub restaurant on a day trip to Scarborough. popped in for quick snacks before getting back to primrose valley. the food was average and the price was average. the unlimited coke or coffee was a good idea for thirsty kids. pay for a glass and refill it as many times as you want.

Came here for some food there's was something wrong with the refillable drinks and we kept having to take them back I think it was something with the machine having no syrup. The food wasn't nice kids hotdog bread was hard as if it had been microwaved. We regularly go to brewers fayre back home and never have had a... More

My partner & I were in Scarborough for the weekend & wanted a quick drink whilst we waited for our table reservation at another restaurant. The pub was understandably busy as it was bank holiday but the place was filthy. We were told there was only one table left to have a drink but it had no chairs, the server... More

We stayed for a couple of days at the Premier Inn next door and had breakfast/evening meals at the Brewers Fayre. The welcome was friendly and we were given a choice of tables. The menus were explained and we were invited to order at the bar when ready. Breakfasts - excellent choice and quality, especially bacon. Drinks topped up in... More

We visited on a Saturday lunchtime. It was a nice sunny day & we asked to sit by the window, at which there were a handful of tables free, but this request was averted and we were taken to the back of the room. I was immediately bothered by the lack of variety in size in the meal choices; simply,... More

Came to eat on a Saturday night expecting it to be rammed but it was so quiet, could easily get a table. Ordered food which came really quickly and it was cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed it, however the toilets were a bit of a state and looked like they hadn't been cleaned l day. Apart from that I liked... More

Staying at the adjoining Premier Inn, we dined 2 nights at the Brewers Fayre for our evening meal. Pub food at its best, good prices, quick service and delicious. You can't ask for more! The majority of the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful, unfortunately others were lacking in these qualities which is a shame. However overall excellent, will... More
