We started a coastal walk and decided to stop for a coffee. The first cafe we came to on the seafront was boarded up, the second one smelt of greasy chip fat, so imagine our delight when we came to this place! Clean, bright, friendly, buzzing with busy staff and happy customers. Oh, and the scones were just the best... More

Convenient position on the front. Stylish premises and fabulous food. We were in on a Saturday with 7 home made soups available to chose from. I had an Broccli and Stilton. Partner enjoyed Butter Nut Squash. Partner asked for and received a side salad instead of a bread roll. Good coffees and I had a tasty Eccles cake, thinner than... More

We came here for a light lunch and both enjoyed fabulous bowls of soup; brilliant choices to be had from around 6 soups of the day. Great ambience and more than just a cheap 'caff'. It made our day and we shall definitely be back

The Gaggia machine works overtime here, with great results, superb coffee, frothy, delicious, small wrapped biscuit to boot. Fantastic views, at times surfers will delight with hilarious results, seems like one heck of a lot of work for a few seconds of pleasure, but they keep trying, grab a window perch for the best view. The food is disappointing, overpriced. The... More

We called in here for a coffee one morning in February. It was busy but the staff were quick and the place was really well run. The food looked good but the only downside for us, like many cafes in Scarborough was that dogs are allowed inside. I don't dislike dogs but I don't like them around when I'm eating!

We don't usually eat out but my wife wanted a cooked breakfast. I ordered a sausage sandwich with egg. Came on sliced bread, and sausage was only just cooked. It was rather tasteless too. Then I found out it was £4.75! They charged me £1.25 for an egg! I'm sorry but the prices are just too expensive. You don't mind... More

We were victims of Storm Doris during our walk in North Bay and needed to shelter from the rain so dashed in to Watermark. With lovely views over the sea and smart contemporary decoration. It was a pleasure to sit down. We ordered at the counter and the decaf cappuccino did not disappoint! We didn't eat but the food coming... More

We were really pleased to find this cafe as it felt out of the way of tourists and more like a community meet up cafe. It was really busy throughout the entire time we were there. We ordered 2 adult meals, 2 coffees, 2 cartons of kids juice and 2 kids meals. It came to just over £30. Food was... More
