We are local and thought we would make a visit with our grandchildren and try the chattery out. The food was nicely cooked although simple choices. I was pleased they had a vegan choice for me which was much appreciated and the children enjoyed their meal. However, the waiting staff had no idea and my 13 year old grandson could've... More

We attended the chattery for breakfast and were not disappointed. The prices were very reasonable and food was completely fresh. The breakfasts we had came with drinks too, which made it even better value for money. Lastly, the black pudding is amazing! I would strongly recommend!

Visited this excellent cafe yesterday morning and we ordered a breakfast from the varied choice on offer, and I must say it was proably the best I have ever eaten - - everything freshly cooked in what appeared to be no fat , fresh baked bread (toasted) and hot. The young staff were very obliging and friendly to all customers.... More

Were greeted by a pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff. Food was delicious, sandwich fillings bulging - very good value for money - which went unsurpassed during the remainder of... More

We visited this eatery twice in the week we were away, the food is so fresh & presented beautifully with plenty of garnish. A great selection for all from nibbles & a specials board to a well recommend home made burger or pie. The staff are all delightful (especially the lady from Preston), I wish we had a Chattery in...
